My Story
Braun Therapy Staffing started in 1993, under the name Intermittent Care Company, aka, ICC. As a therpist owned therapy staffing company, I am both an advocate for our clients as well as having first hand knowledge of the therapists’ needs. I am right there in the mix with the staff both doing therapy and administrative work.
In 2007, ICC was re-branded as Braun Therapy Staffing. A committment to serving the hard to staff areas of Home Health, Hospice, and children with special needs in Public Schools has allowed Braun Therapy Staffing to bring needed therapy services to those who would suffer due to lack of qualified staff.
Additionally, as a parent, creating a flexible and rewarding job for those professionals who were trying to balance home and work life, was a high priority.
Local, highly professional, coachable, and consistent staff has been the key to our success. Returning the staff to the same location year after year has offered high quaility and rewarding experiences to our business partner’s clients.
My staff have a wealth of talent and some have gone onto do amazing things in their personal and professional lives. I love that I have had some of the same staff for over 20 years.
